Wolves vs Burnley - Free Betting Tips

Wolverhampton Wanderers welcome Burnley to the West Midlands this Sunday for what should be an entertaining Premier League match. The Clarets have not started this season with the same confidence that they developed on their way to qualifying for the Europa League in 2017/18. Wolves, though, have begun the season well, after winning promotion from the Championship lst season. Fans should be in for an entertaining game on Sunday lunchtime.

Wolves vs Burnley Betting Tips: Form Guide
Wolves Ready To Win
Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolves team have managed to collect five points from their four Premier League matches so far in 2018/19. They have also managed to reach the third round of the Carabao Cup, having beaten Championship outfit Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 at Turf Moor in the second round. Wolves first Premier League victory of the season came prior to the recent international break. The West Midlanders travelled south to face West Ham United in London and came away with a 1-0 victory. That result handed the team a real boost, as they had drawn twice and lost one of their Premier League games up to that point. Adam Traore scored the game’s only goal in the third minite of injury time at the end of the second half.
On the opening day of the season, Wolves drew 2-2 at home to Everton. The home side fought back from a goal down twice to earn a point against the Toffees, with Ruben Neves scoring one goal, and Raul Jimenez the other. They were beaten 2-0 away at Leicester City next up, before drawing at home to Manchester City 1-1. Willy Boly scored the Wolves goal that day.
Clarets Distracted By Europe
Sean Dyche’s Burnley side have not begun this campaign in the manner in which they played for much of last season. The Europa League might well have had an effect on their domestic form. Although the Clarets overcame tough opposition in the form of Aberdeen and Istanbul Buyuks, they were knocked out of the competition by Greek side Olympiakos. That run in Europe seems to have taken its toll, and Burnley have managed to collect only one point from their four Premier League games so far in 2018/19.
Their solitary point came from a goalless draw away at Southampton on the opening day of the Premier League season. Since then, the Clarets have not looked good at all. They were beaten 3-1 at home to Watford in their next Premier League match, before travelling to west London to face Fulham. The Cottagers despatched the Lancastrians with a certain amount of ease, winning 4-2. In their last Premier League match ahead of the recent international break, Burnley travelled to Old Trafford to face Manchester United. They were beaten 2-0 by the Red Devils, and are now desperately in need of some league points to kickstart their season.

Wolves vs Burnley Prediction: Comfortable Home Win
If you are looking for Wolves vs Burnley betting tips for today, then it is probably a good idea to back the home side to win this game. Nuno Esprito Santo’s team have some real quality within their ranks, and they have managed to generate some positive momentum at the start of this season. The Clarets, in contrast, have looked a little distracted by their Europa League campaign, which ended in failure to reach the group stage. Our prediction is therefore that Wolves will win this game, with a comfortable 2-0 scoreline looking likely.
